Communicate with people inside and outside your organization using only a phone number. Share text, documents, photos, and videos in a few taps. Customize group types to meet your unique communication needs.

Get work done over chat

Work using in-built apps such as poll, survey, job, training and more. Customize or build your own based on your needs. Gather insights from built-in analytics and reporting or customize as needed.




Digitize business processes

Use Kaizala's open APIs to integrate with your line of business systems. Automate your business workflows with Office 365 integration such as with SharePoint, Flow, Excel, Power BI.

Manage and secure your data

Use the Kaizala Management Portal to manage users and groups, assign group policies, enforce Azure Active Directory sign-in and more. Kaizala meets GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC1, HIPAA compliance requirements.
