We guarantee a 30-minutes or less response time for critical issues and a commitment to the issue until it's resolved. Critical issues can be escalated to the internal development team or to vendors like Microsoft, Dell and HP.
Advanced Support includes 12 Free Technical Hours per year. Technical Services hours allow opening Advanced Support Tickets through our Support Portal and there is also the ability to use the available hours for Bluebook services. If the annual Free Technical Services Hours are consumed, no new Advanced Support Ticket will be allowed. In order to continue being able to open Advanced Support Tickets, the Technical Services Hours balance must be positive, otherwise it must be replenished by purchasing a Technical Services package.
